Chasing  The Sun is Michael and the band's very first commercially released  record! The songs are a chronicle of Michael's new life and journey during the new millennium. This was a time was pulsating with change and  turmoil and this record is a reflection of that era and period.
 

These songs are the result of Michael's renaissance and resurrection as an  artist, musician and songwriter and are the canvas on which he paints the story of a new and better version of himself.

The title  track is the band's tour de force, even now - a declaration of  independence, a vow to never look back with regret and a mantra inviting us to find our best life and live it.

Many of these tracks feature the band in its early days; learning each other's style and finding their groove together.

Each piece in this project has a deep meaning for Michael and expresses triumph and loss from one track to another. It is about rebirth, redemption, hope, anticipation, love and loss.
